Changes to Town Planning Rules will affect Landlords
Over the past few months we have highlighted the changes to Town Planning Rules that will affect landlords, especially landlords with houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
In response to enquiries we have received from landlords we have asked Amanda Brown MRTPI from Planning & Development Solutions to provide a series of articles explaining the changes.
These articles have been published within The Landlord Resource Centre under the heading The UK Town Planning System. We strongly urge all landlords to read these articles to ensure that you comply with the changes.
Please click here The UK Town Planning System.
If you wish to comment on these changes you can do so on our free forum The Landlords Club.
